LalVigne AROMA is a foliar spray, composed of 100% specific fractions of selected inactivated yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to apply in the vineyard at veraison, to boost the aromas and flavors of rosé wine.
LalVigne AROMA greatly improves grape aroma precursors. It diminished aggressive green flavors, reduces harsh mouthfeel. It also reduced dehydration during ripening, this avoiding yield losses.
This results in the production of fresher, brighter, cleaner, more intense and balanced rosé wines, that will better withstand the passage of time.
