2015 Lallemand Australia Distributor Conference
This year the annual Lallemand Australia Distributor conference took place in picturesque Glenelg, South Australia at the end of August. Special guest speakers included Dr Sibylle Krieger-Weber, Alain Bourgeois, Adrian Coulter and Ed Carr.
The conference was a great opportunity for distributors to meet with members of the international Lallemand team including Dr. Sibylle Krieger-Weber, Research Director, malolactic fermentation for Lallemand Inc.
Participants also had the opportunity to talk to the representatives from IMCD Thailand and taste some Thai wines.
