Invitation to Lallemand Oenology and Litmus Wines technical Seminar
On Friday 10th June Lallemand Oenology and Litmus Wines will host its Technical Seminar at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking, Surrey.
The seminar is aimed at UK wine producers seeking new ideas to enhance quality wine production. Three international speakers, who are specialists in their field, will each present a session that will be sure to make for an illuminating and informative forum. Dr Daniel Granes from ICV in Montpellier will talk about rosé wine production, Dr Sibylle Krieger from Lallemand in Germany will talk about malolactic fermentation in cool climate wines, and finally, José Maria Heras from Lallemand Spain will talk about wine yeast and sparkling wines.
