SYD School hosted by Lallemand France

Lallemand France hosted a SYD School (Specific Yeast Derivates) in Dijon recently.  Delegates from all over the world, including South Africa, attended the event. Various presentations were made.  Participants also had the opportunity to taste wines from several countries, showing the impact these SYD products can have on wine.
