Pepe Heras visit South African market

Pepe Heras (José María Heras Manso), from the Lallemand Research and Development Division 🔬, recently visited South Africa. 🤝 In collaboration with the Lallemand Oenology SA Team 🍇, various visits, discussions, and tastings 🍷 with winemakers were conducted.💡 Pepe’s visit was a great success, not only were fantastic wines tasted 🍷, but the possibility of further product trials 🧪 were explored.
