LEVEL² SALVA™ – Extroadinary Discovery! 🍇Brilliant presentation by Professor Benoît Divol! A big thank you to the Oenologues de Bordeaux – Association! On March 20th, the Oenologists’ Morning was held.
This event, which is rich in valuable and informative presentations, brings together wine professionals and specialists from scientific and technical backgrounds in the wine sector. It not only allows, but also encourage one to:

On this occasion, we had the chance to attend the presentation of Professor Benoît Divol from the University of Stellenbosch South Africa, who spoke about the research and discovery of a specific strain of Suhomyces Pyralidae, LEVEL² SALVA™, developed in collaboration with Lallemand Oenology, to counter Brettanomyces from the harvest and in the pre-fermentation stages.
