LALLZYME PROCESS GLUCAN™ is a microgranulated enzymatic preparation for the improvement of wine filterability and clarification of must from botrytized grapes. It contains pectinases, obtained from Aspergillus niger, and ß-glucanases, originated from Trichoderma harzianum.
