Proceedings of the XIXth Entretiens Scientifiques Lallemand held in Margaux, France discusses how climate change is impacting grape and wine production.  Topics presented included climate change and viticulture, challenges faced by yeast with higher alcohol, malolactic fermentation and grape phenolic maturity.
