IOC BE FRUITS™ is the result of an innovative technology with no to low SO2 which reveals fruity esters (strawberry, pineapple, citrus notes) in wine and rosé wines. Exceptional tool to produce clean wines with intense fresh fruit aromas while limiting sulfite content.
