
ANCHOR EXOTICS NOVELLO
A Saccharomyces hybrid yeast soft, full-bodied and aromatic red and white wines.
This interspecies hybrid was developed in collaboration with the Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI). ANCHOR EXOTICS NOVELLO is known for enhancing mouthfeel, softness, and aromas in white and red wines. In white wines, fresh, fruity thiols and floral esters are revealed while astringency and bitterness are decreased. In red wines, red and black fruits and spice are increased while green and vegetal characters are diminished.
