Our protocol to restart stuck malolactic fermentation
We have developed a specific protocol with Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (ML PRIME™) to restart a stuck malolactic fermentation (MLF).

ML PRIME™ can be THE solution in case of high SO₂ content.
If you want to use ML PRIME™, a lab pre-test protocol is recommended before using it at winery scale.
