These descriptors always stand out in wines fermented with LALVIN NBC™.

NBC means New Burgundy Chardonnay, designed to meet the expectations of modern Chardonnay wine styles.

Numerous trials have shown that LALVIN NBC™ is an excellent selected wine yeast not only for expressing the typicity of Chardonnay, but also for other varieties such as Riesling, Maccabeu, Pinot Gris, Chenin Blanc, Albariño, Silvaner, and more.

It is also suited for warm-climate matrices, supporting a fresh and refined aromatic expression.”
