Lallemand South Africa hosted a very successful wine yeast nutrition school at Nederburg recently. Well over 70 guests attended the session. The Lallemand experts presented the latest results on innovative and recently developed nutrients including the new Stimula Sauvignon BlancTM and Stimula ChardonnayTM to delegates. The Stimula Sauvignon BlancTM was already introduced during the past 2018 vintage with exceptional results. The Stimula ChardonnayTM will be available to the industry with the start of vintage 2019.
