Lallemand congratulates Jennifer Kelly for winning the Best Enology Student Presentation Award, for her talk entitled, “Yeast and Botrytis cinerea considerations for the development of regional appassimento wines in Ontario” at the 2016 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Enology and Viticulture – Eastern Section in St. Louis, Missouri. Jennifer is working on her M.S. degree under Debbie Inglis at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario. Lallemand is proud to support Jennifer and all students of the ASEV-ES!
