Lallemand Oenology congratulates the Researchers of the Year at AWIWA
The winners of the 2016 Australian Women in Wine Awards (AWIWA) were announced and Lallemand Oenology Australia is proud to sponsor the Researcher of the year section. The winners for the 2016 edition are Roberta De Bei & Cassandra Collins.
Roberta is a post doctoral research fellow and Cassandra is a senior lecturer at the University of Adelaide in Viticulture. Their work focuses on innovative technique for vineyard management and to unveil the link between canopy size, yield and grape and wine quality.
