Wine faults – a presentation sponsored by Lallemand at the World Bulk Wine
A presentation sponsored by Lallemand will be offered, along with a tasting at the 6th World Bulk Wine Exhibition in Amsterdam on November 25th. The presentation will be given by Dr Antonio Palacios from Excell Lab Iberica and professor at the University of La Rioja and will illustrate some of the most common wine faults issued from mismanaged wine fermentation.
