Selected in Spain by Bodegas Murviedro (Schenk wineries) in collaboration with IATA-CSIC (Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas), VELLUTOBMV58™ (Saccharomyces uvarum wine active dry yeast) is characterized by a high production of glycerol but also fruity and balsamic aromas.
