Beginning in 2009, Scott Laboratories will become the sole distributor of the majority of Lallemand enological products in North America. They will carry Enoferm enological yeast, nutrients and bacteria, as well as Lallzyme enzymes. In addition, all of the encapsulated yeast products from Proenol will now be available for purchase through Scott Laboratories (www.scottlaboratories.com).

We are proud to announce that Shirley Molinari, formerly of Vinquiry Inc, has joined Lallemand’s North America division to support the Enoferm line of products. She has extensive technical knowledge of the line and will prove to be an asset to winemakers and Lallemand alike.

We also wish to thank all former associates and collaborators that have contributed to the development of Lallemand’s products and helped educate winemakers on the importance of wine microbiology.
